Damages

Mati Beauty Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

If you receive your item damaged, we will accept your return within 7 days of receiving your package. We are a small business and are unable to accept returns past the 7 days.
