Salon Policies
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Card information is securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged $55.
No Call/ No-Show Policy
Guests who miss their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. Future appointments may require additional deposits or prepayment at the salon's discretion.
