We hold all appointments with a debit or credit card and require a 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations! We understand that life happens, so if there is a need to cancel or reschedule call us as soon as possible. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within the 24 hour time window will be charged a cancellation fee of $55. 

No call/ No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service total. 
Mati Beauty Studio does not offer refunds on any services. If a client is unhappy with the services provided, we offer a 7 day 

period to contact us for any adjustments.
